- Warranty & Liability
Themes are provided “as is,” without warranty. They are compatible with the latest WordPress version and modern browsers but may not work with outdated versions, all browsers, or third-party plugins. WPStarter is not liable for any damages from theme use. - License
Themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You can modify and use them on unlimited websites, but support and updates apply to one site per license. Support lasts one year and requires renewal for extensions. - Payments
A one-time payment grants one year of updates and support. Renewals are manual. All prices are in USD. - Account & Notifications
Signing up provides access to downloads, forums, and occasional emails about updates, promotions, and discounts. - Ownership
WPStarter retains intellectual property rights for all themes. - Support
Support is available for one year post-purchase, covering theme functionality but not customizations. Requests are answered within 24-48 business hours. - Delivery
Themes are delivered via email after payment, usually within minutes but potentially up to 24 hours. - Privacy
Personal information is used for order processing only, per WPStarter’s privacy policy. - Refund Policy
Refunds are rare and only issued if a theme doesn’t function as advertised in a clean WordPress environment. Issues must be reported within 14 days. Bundles and downloaded, functional themes are non-refundable. - Images and Content
Demos include placeholder images not included in themes. Users must add their own content.
